Looking to the southwest from this community, you will be struck by the imposing sight of the Estrella Mountains. Most of the homes here offer spectacular views of this stunning mountain range. As soon as you enter this community, you will notice the peace and quiet that it has to offer. This neighborhood is located south of Baseline Road and near 67th Avenue. Once you turn south on 67th Avenue, 67th Avenue turns into Meadows Loop. This is the last subdivision on the south side of Baseline Road, just before the Gila River Indian Community. It has that rural feeling that is so unique to the Laveen community, yet is only minutes from all of the conveniences of living in a big city.
Construction in this community began in 2005. As in larger subdivisions, there are several builders to choose from with Elliott Homes currently still building on the southern portion. Other builders include Taylor Woodrow, Homelife Communities and Standard Pacific. The community has a great trail system ideal for walking, jogging, or biking. The public school districts are Laveen Elementary District and the Phoenix Union High School District.
